At AHC, we aim to consistently deliver excellence service by being available, helpful, empathetic, responsive and reliable. Our CRM system is essential to this commitment.

We want CRM to be the 'single point of truth' for customer enquiries and requests and the associated interactions that we have with them.

To do this we need to make sure you are trained and competent in how to use CRM. We also want to continually improve the CRM system so that it is user-friendly, intuitive and makes it easy to provide customer service. We know there is still work to do and we want your feedback.

This portal will be used to seek your view and input as we work to achieve these goals.
