Adelaide Hills Fire Track Project
We have been awarded funding through the SA Fire and Emergency Services Commission to conduct a full audit of fire access tracks across our district in 2024.
We are seeking feedback specifically from:
- Residents with a fire access track on or adjacent to their property
- CFS volunteers with on-ground experience and knowledge of fire access tracks in our district
Residents can answer questions about the fire track/s on their property by completing the 'Resident Survey' below.
CFS members should select the 'CFS Members Map' to enter information on multiple fire tracks, and also have the option to complete the 'CFS Member Survey' if you wish.
If you have any questions about the project or wish to provide further comments, you can direct these to Council. Contact Pia Charlton pcharlton@ahc.sa.gov.au or call 8408 0400 during Council business hours.
Fire tracks in Adelaide Hills Council district (CFS Member ONLY)
PLEASE NOTE: This section of the engagement page is only for CFS firefighters, not for the general community. We would still love to hear from the community, provide your feedback using the survey.
This map will close for feedback on Monday 1st July.
We value the on-ground knowledge of the CFS brigades using these fire tracks and are seeking your feedback to help us prioritise our future works programs.
If you would like to refer to a list of tracks in your Group area, you can access these in the Documents section.
Responses will be anonymous.
Please zoom into the location of the fire track you wish to comment on.
Click on 'add pin'
Then select the pin tool and drag to the location of your chosen fire track. A series of questions will pop up for you to answer. You can repeat this for as many tracks as you wish.
A reminder to volunteers to please treat this information sensitively in line with the CFS Code of Conduct.
