Tree Pruning Works - 49 / 51 Mount Barker Road, Stirling

Council's Arboriculture team will be undertaking tree works within the main township of Stirling as per the following information:

WHEN:

Friday 3rd February 2023, 6:00am – 9:00am.

WHERE:

49 and 51 Mount Barker Road, Stirling - Northern side of road.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

- Pruning to remove failed tree branches over the building roof line of Adelaide Hills Conveyancing.

- Branch reduction pruning of the tree adjacent to the Locavore Restaurant.

WHY:

Tree pruning works are required to remediate damages caused resulting from recent extreme weather events.
Tree pruning is required to enable the modification of the external veranda structure adjacent to Locavore Restaurant.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW:

To enable access to the site, ten kurbside vehicle parking bays directly adjacent to the business will be closed during the works.
Pedestrian traffic management controls will be implemented to ensure the safety of public is maintained. These controls will include closure of the pedestrian path directly underneath the trees.
