TEMPORARILY CLOSED

NO ACCESS TO RESERVE VIA SOUTHERN END OF BRANCH ROAD.

Works: In 2024 Council upgraded the boardwalk and part of the stairs leading from the creek up to Branch Road. As part of this work the old stairs were removed and a drain installed. This area is no longer suitable for user access and Council seeks the community's support by not using this old entrance, whilst the future of this access is determined.

When: A decision on the future of this access is likely to occur in the middle of 2025.

Where: Southern End of Branch Road - Stirling Park (Woorabinda Reserves)

What: Fence and Signage to remain until future of access is determined.

Locals and the community can still access the Reserves via the existing formal entrance at the beginning of Branch Road.

Why: The area is not fit for use by the public.
