Our district is nearly 800 hectares in size, and it used to be several smaller Councils. This means that there are lots of signs out there and we're looking for your help to track them.

In the future we will be looking to update a number of signs for accuracy, legibility, and to recognise the traditional owners of the land where appropriate.

We're looking for permanent signs with the Adelaide Hills Council logo, or the words 'Adelaide Hills Council' on it.

Since our Council is an amalgamation of former, smaller Councils, you might also spot signs that refer to Stirling District Council, Torrens Valley District Council, Onkaparinga Valley District Council, and East Torrens District Council. These are all eligible as well!

We're looking for permanent signs, that is, signs that are always in place.

These might be place names (like towns, ovals, parks etc), or signs offering information (history, walking trails, dog leash requirements etc).

Signs that are only out for an event or a short period before being packed up are NOT what we are looking for.

Absolutely! The more signs you identify, the more opportunities you have to win a family prize.
