Proposed Alteration to Public Road off Baldocks Road, Oakbank

Consultation has now concluded

Adelaide Hills Council proposes to make an alteration to Public Road (section 223 of Local Government Act 1999).

The land owner of 201 Shillabeer Road, Oakbank has applied for a permit to make an alteration to the unmade public road adjacent to their property by installing a rural fence, gate and access track.

The intended use of the road is to facilitate access and egress purposes and proposes to make an access track along this road. The proposal also includes the construction of a rural fence and gate along the northern boundary.

Please note any application for easement or objection must be fully supported by reasons. The application for easement or objection must be made in writing to the Council at PO Box 44, Woodside SA 5244 on or before 13 December and a copy will be forwarded to the Surveyor-General. Where a submission is made, the Council will give notification of a meeting at which the matter will be considered.
