Stage 1 consultation now closed
Stage One consultation has now concluded, thank you to everyone who has provided feedback. Your comments will be considered by the project team as we start developing the draft Strategy. Keep an eye on this project site for updates about Stage Two Consultation.
Context
Council’s Strategic Plan outlines our key strategic goals, objectives and proposed strategies for the coming years. It doesn't include everything Council does, but it helps us focus on those areas that need attention and to address emerging community needs and trends. It is also a key element of Adelaide Hills Council’s Corporate Planning and Performance Framework.
Under s122 of the Local Government Act 1999 (the Act), the Strategic Plan is required to undergo public consultation to ensure the interests of the community are taken into consideration as part of its development.
Your rates go much further than just picking up waste and fixing roads, and we want to hear what you believe is important for Council to focus on in the future.
