Competition Terms and Conditions

1. These are the terms and conditions for the Adelaide Hills Council Community Survey 2025 Survey Competition (“the Competition”)
2. To enter the Competition participants must:
   • Complete the online feedback form and provide a valid email address (engage.ahc.sa.gov.au/community-survey-2025 ); or
   • Submit a hardcopy feedback form through our customer service centres in Stirling, Woodside and Gumeracha with a valid email address.
3. One entry per person. Entrants must reside within Adelaide Hills Council area.
4. The Competition and promotional period is running between Tuesday 29 April 2025 to Monday 9 June 2025.
5. The prize pool for the Competition compromises of three (3) vouchers valued at up to $80 each for either:
   • Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary;
   • Cleland Wildlife Park; or
   • Gorge Wildlife Park

6. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
7. The entries will be collated with three (3) winners chosen at random from qualifying entries.
8. The winners will be selected at the Stirling Council Office by Wednesday 18 June 2025 and will be notified via email.
9. Adelaide Hills Council, as promoter of the Competition, reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of eligible entrants (including an eligible entrant’s identity, address and age i.e. driver’s licence, proof of age card etc) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. If a prize recipient has not responded to correspondence from the Adelaide Hills Council by midnight Wednesday 2 July 2025, or is unable to claim the prize, then another winner will be selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible entrants.
11. The prize must be collected from Stirling Coventry Library, 63 Mount Barker Road SA 5152, unless advised of an alternative arrangement, otherwise Adelaide Hills Council reserves the right to pass the prize onto other eligible entrants.
