In accordance with section 10 of the Roads (Opening & Closing) Act, 1991, Adelaide Hills Council proposes to make a Road Process Order to close and open a portion of the public road adjacent to the property located at 205 Pedare Park Road Woodside.

Council is seeking to realign the existing road reserve to rectify a boundary anomaly adjacent to the property.

The adjoining landowner approached Council to purchase the said portion of the road reserve, to rectify the existing encroachment on the road reserve, which would also result in a realignment of the formed road boundary.

The Consultation Report, including a map of the site and additional information is available to view in the document library to the right of this page.

A hardcopy of the report is also available to view in Adelaide Hills Council Service Centres in Stirling, Woodside and Gumeracha during opening hours.

Any person is entitled to object to the proposed road opening and closure via a written submission. An objection must state whether the objector wishes to make a deputation to the Council in relation to the road opening and closure process. The Council will give notification of a meeting at which the matter will be considered so the person making the deputation, or a representative may attend, if so desired.
