The summary report of the feedback received and resulting actions to be taken is now available.
Update July 2021
Council have taken the time to review all feedback received from over 500 community members and developed an action plan in collaboration with all teams in Council. The feedback and action plan was presented to Council Elected Members in March and will be actioned across all Council areas in the next 18 - 24 months to work towards improvements that matter to our community.
A Summary Report and Action Plan is coming shortly.

The close of 2020 is drawing near and I know for many of us, it can’t come soon enough.
To help Council make plans for the future, we want to hear from you about what’s working, what’s important to you and how we can do better.
The anonymous survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. You can only complete the survey once.
We value your feedback and in recognition of your time we will be awarding three people with family passes to Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary, Cleland Wildlife Park or Gorge Wildlife Park. See full Terms and Conditionsfor more details.
