Council have received an application for consideration which includes the erection of a fence on a portion of public road reserve from the owner of 1 Wonnaminta Drive, Crafers.

As required by Section 223 (1) (a) of the Local Government Act, 1999, if a Council proposes to grant an authorization or permit that would result in any part of a road being fenced, enclosed or partitioned as to impede the passage of traffic to a material degree, the council must commence a public consultation process.

The community is welcome to review the application and provide comment via a submission.
