Adelaide Hills Council owns the land known as the Upper Hermitage CFS site on the corner of Range Road North and Warner Road, Upper Hermitage. This land is described as Allotment 5 in Filed Plan 218343 in Certificate of Title Volume 5854 Folio 841 and is addressed as 300 Range Road North, Upper Hermitage.

Council is currently proposing that a lease be granted to the Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services over this Upper Hermitage site.

In accordance with Councils Public Consultation Policy, and as required by the Local Government Act 1999, Council is inviting submissions on the proposed Lease from any interested persons in the community.

Terms of the lease include:

  • Image CFS Promotions UnitRental of $1.00 pa (plus GST) if demanded


  • Term of 21 years plus a 21-year renewal term option.
  • All taxes, insurance, electricity and maintenance of the building to be borne by the Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services.

Anyone is entitled to provide feedback via a written submission.
