New Barbecue and Shelter Consultation

Council would like your feedback on the location of a new barbecue and shelter to be installed in the Lewis Yarluperka O'Brien Reserve.

Please review Option A and Option B on the map below, and let us know your preference or share your comments.

• Consultation Closes: 5pm, Friday 18 April 2025
• Works Date: May – June 2025
• Details:
  • A new larger barbecue and public shelter will be installed to enhance community use of the reserve.
  • The existing barbecue (on the upper eastern side of the reserve) will be removed and replaced with an electrical power outlet.
  • The existing shelter will remain.
