Council proposes to revoke the community land classification of the closed road contained in Certificate of Title Volume 6254 Folio 482 to enable a portion of the land to be disposed of and to be purchased by the adjoining land owners.

The closed road is located in Upper Hermitage, running adjacent to Warner Road.

The land is classified as Community Land under the Local Government Act 1999 and pursuant to the provisions of section 194 of the Local Government Act 1999 (as amended), Council invites submissions on the proposed revocation from interested persons.

The Consultation Report, including a map of the site, is available to view in the document library to the right of this page.

A hardcopy of the report is also available to view in Adelaide Hills Council Service Centres in Stirling, Woodside and Gumeracha during opening hours.

Any person is entitled to object to the proposed revocation via a written submission.
