Consultation has concluded

Council has received an application from the owner of the land immediately adjoining the unmade section of McBeath Drive running between Kensington Road and Coach Road, Skye/Horsnell Gully to undertake a road exchange process.

The adjoining owner, Boral Resources (SA) Ltd, has obtained a development approval for a land division which proposes to create 3 residential allotments on the northern side of the unmade road.

Boral has applied to both the Adelaide Hills Council and the City of Burnside to undertake a road exchange process to realign the public road reserve to a location more suitable for the construction of a public road to service the 3 proposed allotments.
