The next Community Forum will be held at Montacute on Tuesday 7 August 2018 and we want you to be involved.
Tell us what local issues are important to you. Community Forums are held throughout the year in various community facilities and halls so Council can communicate directly with residents in their own back yard. The format is semi-structured and commences with a few community presentations enabling local groups to share achievements and present opportunities to enhance community involvement.
Council Members and senior staff are in attendance and available to answer questions during the 'break out' session over coffee and a chat.
Forums start at 6pm with refreshments ready for a 6.30pm start and are generally concluded by 8.30pm.
If you cannot attend the forum but would like to submit a topic for discussion or comment on an agenda item, please have your say below. The draft agenda is available in the document library.
If you want to catch up on what was discussed, the notes from the night will be made available here after the meeting.
So please tell us what issues you would like discussed. We want to hear from you!

Our members seek assurance that Sampson Flat and other serious fires will not result in future permission for increased and large clearance of native vegetation with resultant loss of biodiversity, significant trees and native fauna (including threatened species). We know clearance of native vegetation is mostly under the control of the Native Vegetation Council but also know that Adelaide Hills Council (and other Councils) can influence this outcome.
