Update September 2022

The Supreme Court has recently approved the variation to transfer the Ash Wednesday Memorial and the Educational Landscaped Native Garden to Carripook Park from the Bridgewater Retirement Homes. Consultation feedback will be considered further shortly.

Update March 2022

Council would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the 122 Participants in the community consultation on Upgrades proposed to Carripook Park, Bridgewater. All feedback is collated and presented in the Community Engagement Outcomes Report and will be further considered once the Supreme Court has made a decision on the transfer of the Ash Wednesday Memorial and the Educational Landscaped Native Garden to this location. We will provide an update to all participants as well as on this page once we have further information, however we do not have an exact timeframe of when this will be.

Adelaide Hills Council is currently considering upgrades to Carripook Park, Bridgewater including an educational landscaped native garden and an Ash Wednesday memorial which are both requirements of a trust that Council is proposing to transfer to this location.

Proposed upgrades will improve the facilities at the Park and will be great features that can be utilised by the community and school groups.
