Anyone impacted by the bushfires and experiencing financial hardship is encouraged to access free and confidential financial counselling.

Karyn is a financial counsellor who will be ay the Recovery Centre assisting anyone that needs help including with grants that may be available at the time.

You can access a walk-in service or can contact the helpline on 1800 722 363 to book an appointment.

We encourage all people experiencing financial hardship since the fire to engage with our service and the Recovery Centre.
